Generally we offer one year warranty against any manufacturing defects, however, it differs from product to product, based on the materials used. Please refer the Warranty tab on individual product pages for warranty details.

Yes, we do offer customization on lot of our products, please refer to customization tab on individual product pages to know more. Or you can write to us on bd@arra.co.in for any specific enquiries and we will be happy to assist.

No! There are no delivery charges as long as you are in one of our serviceable cities/pincodes. You will get to know the installation charges at the time of check out as it will depend on the product and delivery location, please be assured that these charges will be lowest possible. So, please go ahead and fearlessly order away.

Yes, of course! You just need to let us know in advance so we can store it safely for you. The earlier we know, the better it is :)

In such cases, you would need to make the payment for the order in advance.

Sorry, once the order is placed there will be no option to amend your shipping address, due to regulatory issues. Invoicing of order happens the moment the product reaches the 'Dispatched' status.

You can change your phone number on your account by clicking on 'Profile' under 'My Account' and edit the information. You can't change your email address on the account.

Our delivery team will inform you in advance and fix up a suitable time with you. Then, on the day of delivery, team will ensure to deliver the ordered goods as scheduled. Within 48 hours, your product will be installed/assembled as required. When our team asks you for feedback, please do give us honest feedback. That goes a long way in helping us improve our service quality.

We wish we could offer you that service, unfortunately, we do not have a way to show you these products. However, we stand by our products and its quality and assure you of our commitment towards the service levels to you. Any queries / support required, you can reach us out here.

Currently, we do not have any exchange program, it is a work in progress and we will surely let you know as soon as exchange offer is available.

Shipping is free at the serviceable pin codes and installation charges will appear once you input your pin code. There are no hidden charges.

In case you receive a damaged product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please call us 880-080-2506 (Monday–Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM) or write to us at support@arra.co.in.

Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product, or offer you a replacement.

At Ammri Interiors(ARRA) you can shop with any of the following options

  • Visa, Mastercard and American Express Credit Cards.
  • Debit card for more than 50 banks.
  • Credit Card EMIs (Kotak, SBI, Axis, ICICI, HDFC, Citibank)
  • We currently support Net banking for 32 banks including all major banks like ICICI, HDFC, Citibank, SBI, Axis etc.
  • Wallets (Amazon Pay, UPI etc.)

Do note that at this point, we are unable to accept international cards owing to certain unavoidable reasons. Please contact our customer service team to assist you in case you have only international cards.

You can buy an Ammri Interiors(ARRA) product with EMIs using EMI on Credit Cards.

Transactions could fail due to multiple reasons. Please check for the following:

  • Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e.: account details, billing address, password (for net banking)
  • Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 7 working days. Please direct all questions and further clarifications regarding the above statement to support@arra.co.in.

ARRA team will never request you to share any of your payment details over email or over phone.

  • During the payment process using netbanking you may be redirected to your bank website. Once your transaction is completed you will be brought back to the ARRA website with your order details which you can keep a copy of.
  • Never press the browser back button when the transaction is still currently being done.

Arra.co.in does not collect or store your account information at all.

Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by PayU and subsequently by Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Banks directly without any information passing through us. However we monitor and review transactions on an on-going basis, to identify potentially fraudulent situations and take immediate corrective steps to mitigate/limit any damage caused/likely to be caused from the same.

Absolutely. Shopping with ARRA is completely safe. Transactions with ARRA are via the payment gateway PayU, which is both VeriSign Secured® as well as PCI compliant.

The VeriSign Secured® Seal is the most trusted security mark on the Internet. PCI stands for Payment Card Industry and PayU is compliant with the global information security standards defined for organizations which handle cardholder information. Be assured that your card or account information is encrypted as it travels over the Internet making it well and truly safe.

  • For Credit Cards keep your card which has the details of card holder name, number, CVV and expiry date. Apart from this you also need to have your 3D secure password / OAC.
  • For Debit Cards keep your card which has the details of card holder name, number, CVV and expiry date. You will be redirected to the bank site for 3D secure authorization. So keep your OAC or IPIN handy as well.
  • For Net Banking you need to keep your account number as well as your IPIN handy.

No, at this point in time, we do not offer cash on delivery/card on delivery as payment options.

Some products may still be in the manufacturing stage, due to which delivery dates are beyond the usual 7-15 days.

Some products like sofas that are made to order take time to be delivered.

All transactions on arra.co.in will be under the heading of Ammri Interiors Pvt Ltd on your Credit Card / Bank statements

We accept order cancellations before the status shows you order placed (means it is under production already), pl refer Returns and Refunds section here.

Orders which are not yet placed (means it is under production) can be cancelled.

Please write to us here or go to my orders and press cancellation.

In case there are manufacturing defects post delivery, we will treat it as an After Sales Complaint. Such products will be repaired or replaced as deemed necessary by our After Sales Specialists.

If you are eligible for a refund, the same shall be given to you as per the following guidelines -:

The refund amount for the orders paid online or paid via credit/debit card at the time of delivery will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the date of initiating the refund through the online account, or will be refunded to the same card, depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by Ammri Interiors (ARRA).

The refund vides a promo code will be provided to you within 7-10 working days through hard copy or e-mail depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by Ammri Interiors (ARRA).

A promo code once used shall not be re-activated in case of cancellation of order, either by customer or Ammri Interiors (ARRA).

For most products, you will get a 100% refund on valid cancellations (products cancelled before status showing "order placed").
